When you apply for your Virgin Prepaid MasterCard they will need to verify your identity against the information you've given them. 99% in most cases, this will go through automatically and we'll get a card to you within 7-10 days.
If we’re unable to do this automatically we’ll ask you to send us documents to confirm your identity. Depending on the information you provide, we may issue you with a restricted or an unrestricted card. If we can’t verify your identity, we may be unable to send you a card.
