After registering, you will be given an id which you will use to sign in the account. Sometime after you will get your card according to the credentials you filled. After getting the card, there are 3 steps you need to do before using.

  1. Firstly, sign the back of your card

  2. Peel the back of your card which will give you the pin number you are going to use from now on every time you want to log on to your account

  3. Then, Go for reloading the card and checking the balance of your card, for which you need to link that card to My Account page by registering it there using 16 digit card number you have.

Its an easy and cheap process and the best part of it is that you dont need to worry about currency difference in the countries you are travelling. I mean, that no matter which country you travel, the card knows that smartly and will give you the currency according to the country you are travelling to. It will not expire until the date mentioned on your card which is normally a year or more.

It is a secure process and for getting your pin, checking the balance, move one currency to another, you will use your My accounts and you are good to go. You can keep the card for one year for free but if you had n`t use your card for 12 months or so then a minimal fee will be charged to you for inactivity of GBP £2.00.
