Derbyshire Building Society, Dudley Building Society, Leeds Building Society, Saffron Building Society or Advantage and independent travel agents.
If you purchased your Cash Passport from one of the above-listed locations. Use an alternative way to reload your Card.
If you purchased your Cash Passport at a Travelex or Thomas Cook branch in the UK. And did not supply your full personal details at the time of purchase. You will need to complete a full registration before you are able to reload your Cash Passport online.

Travelex cash passport card is a card. Which allows you to get the money in any country you want no matter if you want to use that for travel or business. It is a prepaid card, so you have to reload it upfront with credit before using it.
In order to get the card, you need to go to Travelex website. Register yourself with simple details of yourself which you normally do in other processes too of the same kind. After registering, you will be given an id which you will use to sign in the account. Sometime after you will get your card according to the credentials you filled. After getting the card, there are 3 steps you need to do before using.
Firstly, sign the back of your card
Peel the back of your card which will give you the pin number. So, Use from now on every time you want to log on to your account
Then, Go for reloading the card and checking the balance of your card. For which you need to link that card to My Account page by registering it there using 16 digit card number you have.
It's an easy and cheap process and the best part you don't need to worry about currency difference in the countries you are travelling. I mean, that no matter which country you travel. The card knows that smartly and will give you the currency according to the country you are travelling to.You keep the card for one year for free but if you use your card for 12 months. Or so then a minimal fee charged to you for inactivity of GBP £2.00.
