Application Process
The application process is very quick and easy to use. Apply online and you can pay via debit/credit card, SMS text message or by a Paysafe voucher ? available at PayPoint locations.

The Neon card with a low application fee of only ?9.99
Plus with a Phones 4 U Neon card there are no monthly fees or transaction charges when you use your card plus topping up your card is free at any Phones 4 U branch.

UK ATM fees are an average £0.99p per withdrawal on the pay as you go product.

Self Servicing
You can service your account on the Phones 4 U website or via an interactive voice response. You can view your balance, recent transactions and change your personal details.
You can also now get your balance via SMS text message.
