The Chip & PIN lastminute.com prepaid card runs on the Maestro network, and can be used at over 7 million locations worldwide. There are no reload fees on this card, and top ups can be made either online using a credit or debit card, or using cash at one of 15,000 PayPoint locations around the UK.

What's not so good?

You will be charged a 2.75% transaction fee on all UK transactions, or a 2.75% foreign exchange fee for all transactions made abroad. These fees will add up, however, you will not be charged any reload fees, which are charged on some other prepaid cards, and can be up to 3% of the amount loaded.
