Tip - Don't just get a prepaid Travel Card to put cash on in the UK, and then withdraw at the ATM on holiday! Use the card to pay for food or rubber rings instead, as your money will stretch much further!.
The current Phones 4 U terms and conditions do not indicate the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from the ATM, nor whether any usage restrictions apply such as car hire, which are often restricted on other prepaid cards.
If you have funds left on your card upon your return to the UK, remember that any transactions made in a different currency to the card, is not subject to a transaction fee so you can use for free when you get back making it a cheaper alternative than cashing your card in.. . |
